Project Description
The "Capability Means Employability" project addresses the lack of skill development and self-esteem among young people in job searches. It promotes skill-building and awareness of the Erasmus+ Program, aiming to improve employment skills, encourage personal and professional development, inspire others through videos and activities, foster partnerships, and enhance multicultural workplace skills. The project is inclusive, benefiting young individuals with limited opportunities.
