Day 1
On 19.06.2023, in Hemmersheim, a picturesque village, the project began. Icebreakers, team-building games, and cultural exchanges fostered connections among participants. Rules were set, and discussions on fears, expectations, and contributions took place. The day ended with reflections, a delightful dinner, and engaging conversations about different countries. It was an amazing opportunity for personal growth and networking.
Day 2
On 20.06.2023, Energizers kicked off the day, followed by a session on Erasmus Plus using the world café method. Competencies and Youthpass were explained by organizers and participants. Participants worked together to construct paper towers and navigate rope challenges, building teamwork and trust. Reflection groups and leader meetings took place before dinner. In the evening, Germany, Italy, and North Macedonia showcased their cultures and cuisines during the intercultural night, fostering closer connections among participants. It was a day filled with learning, fun, and shared experiences.


Day 3
On 21.06.2023, participants in Hemmersheim engaged in various activities. Energizers like "Guess who's the leader" boosted energy levels. Individual SWOT reports were created for job hunting, emphasizing personal factors. In groups, SWOT profiles were crafted for fictional personas, discussing ideal job profiles. The importance of online presence was explored. A team-building activity involved navigating a minefield, testing communication and problem-solving skills. The evening featured the second intercultural night, where Bulgaria, Spain, and Serbia shared their cultures and cuisines. It was a day of self-reflection, teamwork, and cultural exchange.
Day 4
On 22.06.2023, Day 4 of the youth exchange focused on engaging with the local community to gain insights on citizenship. Participants had meaningful interactions with locals, asking thought-provoking questions about the Erasmus+ program, the importance of community involvement, youth leadership, employment opportunities, and the employment rate in Germany. Later, the participants presented their interviews, sharing the perspectives they gathered.
The day ended with reflection and a leaders' meeting, followed by a dinner and a pleasant surprise from the chef. Participants had a free evening to relax.


Day 5
Participants engaged in various activities, starting with an energizer and a presentation on writing motivational letters and CVs. Platforms like Europass and LinkedIn were introduced for job applications. Participants assessed and discussed different CVs and cover letters, then updated their own CVs using the Europass system. The topic then shifted to job interviews, including preparation, tips, and simulations. Reflection groups and a leaders' meeting took place, followed by a delicious dinner and outdoor relaxation. It was a productive and positive day overall
Day 6
On 24.06.2023, a brainstorming session was held to finalize promotional outcomes for the project, such as a web blog, booklet, videos, logo, articles, and testimonials. Participants formed teams based on their capabilities and worked diligently on their assigned tasks. Despite personal challenges, the collective effort and determination allowed for the completion of all project deliverables in one day, showcasing teamwork and capabilities. A working room meeting was held to review progress, followed by reflection groups and a leaders' meeting. The night activity was left open for participants to choose or self-organize.


Day 7
On Day 7, participants engaged in evaluation and reflection activities as part of the "Capability Means Employability" Erasmus+ youth exchange program. The focus was on capturing valuable insights and lessons learned. The day provided an opportunity for participants to reflect on their personal and professional growth, assess the effectiveness of activities and workshops, and provide feedback on their overall experience. Guided discussions and self-reflection exercises were conducted to gather valuable feedback and suggestions for improving future editions of the program. The evaluation day played a crucial role in solidifying the program's impact and ensuring continuous enhancement.
